Coming to terms with the environment you live in
My purpose is to FIRST encourage everyone to be comfortable in their own skin. As my Martial Arts Masters have said, the purpose of engagement is “health, self-defense and longevity” .. similarly I feel the purpose of our life is just like the ying&yang,,, the balance!! Mental balance to handle the world around you, the physical balance to withstand what gets thrown at you, the creative and emotional strength to stand out among the crowd.
For some, this sounds a little too off-track, perhaps it is, and we are not on the same wave length. But if you happen to see through the same light, read on my future publications..
